Flexible head combinations to meet every need

The SIPLACE TwinHead can be used on the SIPLACE

D3 in addition to the fast 6 and 12-nozzle Collect&Place heads. It transforms the machine into

a flexible all-rounder. It can place even complex components and large connectors with THT technology both

quickly and accurately. During placement, the placement heads fetch the components from the at-rest

component supply, and set them down on the PCB, which is also stationary. This proven SIPLACE principle

guarantees reliable pick-up of even the smallest components, prevents the components slipping on the PCB

and minimizes traversing paths.
