Main Function:

• Used in SMT line as liking,inspection function,3 sensors.
• In manual mode can stop one PCB for inspection,PCB transfer to exit place after press reset button.
• Transfer to downstream after received signal.
• In auto mode,PCB transfer to exit directly,and wait for signal to send out.

2.PCB size: custom pcb design,50*50～460*350mm.Width can be adjusted by handwheel.
3.Trasnport direction:Front rail fixed,transport from left to right.

4.Inspection station:build with 150mm width workstation on front of the rail.
5.Inspection lighting:With 30W lamps (T5) on both left and right side
6.Framework:1.5mm sheet metal welded, with PC gray color powder on the surface.
